Knowledge:
If a teacher does not have good rapport with students, then all the years of teacher training and all the
years of teacher experience were a complete waste. Without good rapport, this person should be considered an ineffective
teacher in my opinion. Teacher education will not have prepared you. The schools of education
are not to be blamed. No one ever said that education ends with a college degree.

Effective Teacher. P.14
Disposition:
I consider myself an effective teacher because I maintain mutual respect with my students
as evidenced in Lessons. Most of my lessons beyond school walls are also performed beyond school hours (basketball
games and baseball games). My experience is that students respond positively when teachers use their
personal time to take interest in students.
Performance:
Another way I maintain good rapport with my students is to make sure I decorate an otherwise drab classroom
with a cross-section of popular icons, student photos, and exceptional student work. My decorated walls and bulletin
boards can be seen in After.
Regardless of my good rapport with students, there will always be classroom management issues and room for
me to grow in that department. One of the best classroom management tools is the establishment of classroom rules.
An example of my classroom rules below can be found on the left front wall of my classroom for all students to see https://parr-class.tripod.com/index.html and on the syllabus page of a classroom website I made https://parr-class.tripod.com/id4.html.
